If the support box at the right shows ""I'm Online"" then you can type your question in the space provided and communicate directly with us in real-time. Regular 'Live Chat' hours are Monday - Friday between 9 AM and 5PM Eastern time.
If the support box at the right shows ""I'm Offline"" then you can send in your question for a reply during normal business hours.
