When you contact us, please be sure to include your full name and email address.
 
Where do I get my bonuses?
Bonuses and information about your bonuses are included in the Thank-you page sent to you after you place your order. Please be sure to save that email so you can access the bonuses as you wish.
 
How do I change my email, address or
credit card information?
Requests for changes to email and addresses can be sent to: support@optionsuniversity.com.

To change your payment method or card, please contact support@optionsuniversity.com.

Supply your full name and a time and phone number where you can be reached.
 
Are all your webinars at 9PM Eastern time?
That time is not convenient for me.
Our webinars are generally at 9PM Eastern time. If you are in another time zone where the time is inconvenient, you can see a replay of the webinar. That replay is available within 24 hours of the original presentation.

You can contact support@optionsuniversity.com for the link of the replay.
 
I only have class once a month. Will you send
me a reminder?
Emails with information about classes are sent 48 hours in advance of the class and then again the within 24 hours of the class.
