THE FUTURE OF OPTIONS TRADING IS FINALLY HERE:

We realize that there are a group of investors who are "burying their heads in the sand" ... just waiting for this economic crisis to pass in order to get their investment capital to start earning for them again...

You do not have to be one of them, if you use the right tools to stay ahead of the market:

This FREE Web Preview will 'Pull Back the Curtains' on exactly how these powerful tools can benefit you the most. And the best part is, we’ll show you how taking advantage of them could quite possibly be a game changer for you and your options trading.

Online web demo will include tours of the following tools:

Trade Finder: Technical Event and Pattern Recognition Stock Screener

Trade Finder allows you to quickly locate and see high probability trade setups, based on PROVEN technical patterns in the markets. We don’t know of any other ‘Pattern Recognition’ software out there that is available to individual investors.

Formerly available only to Professional traders, this powerful technology scans and ‘hand picks’ stocks poised to go up or down, based on sophisticated Pattern Recognition technology.

Trade Finder will find trade patterns in your favorite stocks like Bullish and Bearish Candlestick setups, Patterns like Head and Shoulders, Double Tops, Wedges, Pennants, Flags, and many more – Plus an educational area that explains what each of these patterns are and mean.

Traders can also set ‘Technical Alerts’ on their favorite stocks, or on a universe of stocks and receive email alerts and reports when these are triggered.  These are just a few of the many features of Trade Finder.

NEW Options Analytics Tools, Scanners, and Charting

Here are some of the existing tools in the New OU Members Gold website that we’ll be going over and giving you a quick demo of each, explaining them all in detail (Don’t worry if all this sounds confusing, it won’t after Thursday night’s webinar).

Option Analytic Tools and Scanners

The Beta Viewer

View your stock’s beta and implied volatility correlations. Input your stock and time frame and the viewer will return the beta and implied volatility correlation. Your stock is beta weighted to the DIA, SPY and QQQQ. Beta is measurement of a stock’s sensitivity to market movement. Implied Volatility Correlation is how your option’s implied volatility moves against the ETF’s implied volatility.

Option Volatility Scanner

Scan the market for implied and historical volatility trading opportunities. Scan for high/low implied volatility (IV) and historical volatility (HV). Scan for volatilities that are high in their ranges. Narrow your scans by stock price, implied volatility or volume. One click link to IV viewer which shows 1 year of stock history, implied and historical volatilities.

 IV Index Pro:

Another graphical display mechanism for viewing implied volatilities. This gives you some extra powerful tools. You can view any implied volatility index you want, not just the 30 day over the past year. You can view all indexes against each other for the past year. You can also see how a % ITM or % OTM option traded over the last year on average. You can even see how the skew changed over time for one specific index. This shows all options by percentage of ITM/OTM for one index of your choice. All of these choices plot against the historical volatility and stock price.

IV Matrix

Gives you the actual implied volatility curves of the 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 360 day implied volatility indexes. Each index gives the Theoretical % In the Money and % Out of the Money options. This important to know show skews are being priced. You can compare your actual implied volatility to this average skew for the time frame you are interested in.

Implied Volatility Viewer

Displays the history of implied volatility and historical (statistical) volatility for a given stock over an observation period. The implied volatility is an index or average of front and second month volatilities. Historical volatility is the 20-day statistical (close to close) volatility. Both volatility measures are important to consider when buying or selling options. This tool shows you where current volatility levels are compared to the recent past.

Volcone

This tool displays where a stock’s historical (statistical) volatility value has been based on the number of days to expiration and the amount of time selected for the look-back or observation period. For example, if you’re evaluating an option with 30 days to expiration, you can analyze how High/Low historical volatility has been for every 30 day period for the past year. You can then use the implied volatility calculator to tell you whether your implied volatility is either cheap or expensive within the historical volatility range. You can input your implied volatilities or we can calculate that for you in our own calculator, which is attached. Also it is very important to view where your implied volatility has been in its range. To get this information you can use NEW Implied Volatility viewer.

Option Calculators

 Implied Volatility Calculator

Our options pricing binomial model interpolates an implied volatility based on your assumptions of stock price, option price, strike price, days to expiration, call or put, dividends, interest rate(risk free rate) and model tree steps or iterations. It returns Implied Volatility, Delta, Gamma, Theta and Vega.

Options Calculator

Our options pricing binomial model calculates your options theoretical price based on call/put, time to expiration, stock price, strike price, your assumed volatility, dividend yield, risk free rate and iterations. The calculator returns the option’s theoretical price and it’s greeks. The greeks include Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega.

Pivot Point Calculator

Given a stock’s High, Low and Closing prices we can calculate the pivot points of the stock. These points are popular areas of support and resistance. Denoted as R1,R2, PP, S1,and S2. ‘S’ for support and ‘R’ for resistance.

Stock Filtering and Charting Software

Stock Filters and Basic Charting

Technical Analysis Filters that narrow down a universe of stocks to find trading opportunities. Some common filters that include moving average crossovers, MACD crossovers, gaps, 52 week highs and lows, Overbought RSI, CCI buys and sells, strong volume gainer and decliner. These filtered lists are also broken down by it’s exchange.

Advanced Charting

Technical analysis charting package. Displays Studies that include, volume, simple and exponential moving averages, Bollinger Bands, Relative Strength Index, MACD, and DMIs. Combine the indicators how you like. Create multiple charts to look at multiple stocks.
